Selecting your pond viewing window thickness is easy if follow the rule below
- 25.5mm up to 600mm deep 2000 wide
- 33mm up to 1000mm deep 2000mm wide
- 39mm UPTO 1000mm X 3000mm wide
We can supply panels over 3000mm if needed. Please contact us for a quote
*Delivery lead time is currently 15 working days from placing order, this is not a guaranteed time but a general lead time going off an average, it can be longer in extremely busy times or areas we do not cover daily. We cannot refund because you feel it is taking too long to be produced, it will likely take this long with whoever you buy your glass from.
Sometimes due to delays the delivery is made on the following day, however this is rare so please ensure your assigned day and the following are OK for delivery to take place.
Please note that the delivery can be anytime between 07.30 and 17.30 and will need to be signed for
Glass must be inspected and rejected if there are any defects at the point of delivery, after this point any issues that are included under warranty require the glass to be returned to the factory at your cost for it to be inspected. please check for scratches, lamination smudges, chips etc before signing for your glass. This is very rare but will save lots of time and effort should you encounter any of these issues.
It is recommended you have a safe area to put your glass when delivered to inspect and store until fitted.

25.5mm Glass is around 60kg per square meter
33mm Glass is around 75kg per square meter
Deliveries are not guaranteed. Although over 97% of deliveries run smoothly some do incur some problem and/or delays. We request not to book installation before goods arrive. We will not compensate against failed, delayed, or other delivery issues.
Deliveries are Curb side only.
You must have enough people on site or the correct unloading equipment available for offloading, delivery is curb side only. Any damages caused during offloading are the customers responsibility.
WE RECCOMEND A MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE PER 85KG OF GLASS - GLASS IS DELIVERED LOOSE WITH NO PACKAGING, PLEASE BE WELL PREPARED FOR DELIVERY AND HAVE SAFE AREA YOU CAN INSPECT THE GLSAA AND STORE UNTIL YOU AR READY TO FIT
Failed deliveries will result in a redelivery charge.
North Lincs Koi will not be responsible for any failing of glass due to incorrect size/thickness being ordered, we assume you have done your research and know what you need to order.
As each pane is made to order, you accept by placing the order that you have 48 hours to cancel or amend, we can attempt to make changes/cancel afterwards but there may be fee's for doing so which will be advised as requested
